We are a husband and wife team inspired by a love of real food and by making our customers happy and hungry for more. Our kitchen in Portsea is stocked with the best ingredients, including organic, free-range and gluten-free products. Where we can source supplies locally, we do.
Handcrafted is a frequently-used term and at Essence it’s true. We cook our products in small batches to ensure the flavour and consistency is just right.
