Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • ¼ cup of coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mash raspberries then add coconut sugar & chia seeds – mix well.
  2. Store in sterilised jar and set in fridge for a few hours (ideally overnight).
