Almond Crunch Green Beans

Ingredients
- 300gm green beans
- ¼ cup of slivered almonds
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Trim ends off beans and steam for 2 mins
- Lightly toast almonds for 1-2 mins over medium heat and stir through garlic. Place in bowl
- Combine the rind, juice and olive oil to create dressing.
- Toss beans with dressing and top with almonds.
