Paprika Grilled Chicken


  • 500g chicken breast – sliced into strips
  • 1 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 tsp ground cumin 
  • 2 tsp paprika


  1. Combine oil, cumin and paprika to make a past. Cover chicken with paste & refrigerate while preparing the tabbouleh.
  2. Grill chicken 3-4 mins each side and serve with quiona tabbouleh. 
  3. Serve with quinoa taboleh and optional tzatzki on the side
