Nut Fudge Brownie

  • 3 tablespoons Almond/Brazil/Cashew spread
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder*
  • 2 very ripe bananas

*The difference between raw cocoa powder and cocoa powder is that cocoa powder is heated and loses some of the nutritional benefits. If you can't find raw cocoa powder, you can use cocoa powder but raw is preferable.

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Evenly distribute in baking tin or chocolate moulds and chill in fridge for at least an hour or until firm.
  3. Add a layer of the nut butter on top and place back in the fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Take out of fridge, slice up into bite size pieces.

These can be a bit messy to eat – make sure you have a serviette on hand!
