The Happy Apple is all about reinventing the greengrocer for a new generation. We offer exceptionally high customer service with a variety of quality products to suit a modern lifestyle. The core to our business is our people and each person we employee plays a pivotal role to our success.
Our online department has grown significantly over the past twelve months. The purpose of this position is to assist our Online Manager with completing orders and communications for our residential, commercial and wholesale customers.
What will I be doing?
Accurately and efficiently selecting the produce for all online customer orders
Finalising orders and payments ready for delivery to our customers
Initiating customer follow ups where required
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with the long term strategy and growth of our online department
Assist with maintaining and growing the website and indentifying potential areas for improvement
Reporting on incidents and outcomes and ability to problem solve in a customer focused way
What will I need?
Retail or sales experience essential
Attention to detail and the ability to demonstratate a high customer focus
Ability to multi-task and prioritise according to impact
Self-motivated with the ability to operate collectively
Experience in a similar position, online store database and an understanding and passion for the food and retail industry is highly desirable
